Old Oak has been formulated to give a worn feel, the face of the oak has pulled in the grey silvery colours while the grain has attracted the lighter colours giving a unique colour has a whole.

We have created this colour to have the modern brown rather than a dark brown, we find that the lighter browns with a slightly grey tone works well in many settings. We have oiled the last sample in a satin hard wax oil to show the shine and difference in colour.

Ancient Grey has an outstanding variation, we have chosen the lightest oak and darkest natural oak we have to show the true variation. A modern colour that boasts a rich deep colour in the grain.

Stripped Oak is as the name states. A colour showing true depth within the grain and face of the oak. The wood has taken a light grey colour with a hint of brown and deep white grain.

With this sample we have given you three options, all three boards have the same undercoat with a different second coat to alter the colour slightly on all three. All our finishes are produced by our experts at Woodcraft Flooring.

Magic clay is a modern sample achieved by a mix of colours, a brown yet grey hue colour which has a subtle look and feel, the oak takes the darker colour deep within the grain to provide rich depth.

It is in the name, the oak has been finished in such a way to have a weathered look which we find unique. The colour is essentially a light grey with white veins within the grain. Our samples have a depth which only produced by hand finishing.

Mineral Grey is a new colour produced from a reactive stain to take away the natural colour of the oak in order to have a full grey colour. The beauty is that the variation of the oak will still produce a lovely wood floor.
