Strata Line Oak is composed from multiple small oak elements, assembled to create a linear floor with natural interruption and movement. Rather than relying on long, uninterrupted planks, this design uses shorter pieces arranged in vertical runs, allowing subtle shifts in tone, grain density, and figure to appear organically across the surface.
What defines this floor is its variation. Different end finishes are intentionally introduced throughout the pattern, creating gentle breaks in repetition and giving the floor a layered, almost textile-like quality. These transitions prevent uniformity and add visual interest without disrupting the overall flow of the layout. The engineered construction allows these smaller components to work together as a stable, cohesive system, while still preserving the individuality of each piece. Grain patterns range from tight and linear to open and expressive, giving the surface depth that reveals itself gradually rather than all at once.
Strata Line Oak suits interiors where texture and detail matter more than symmetry – spaces that benefit from nuance, quiet contrast, and a floor that feels assembled rather than manufactured.
